If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. When you contact our office, you will be issued a return authorization number. Please follow the steps below when returning items:
- Contact our office.
- We will issue you a return authorization number which must appear on the front of the returned package.
- The returned item must be properly packaged. If the returned item(s) is damaged during the return shipment due to improper packaging of goods, we will refuse the shipment and void the refund.
- The items must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date the return authorization number was issued.
Pirates' Bay Treasures will only pay return shipping charges on items broken during shipment to customer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all other returns.
Once the return item has been received at Pirates' Bay Treasures and everything is found to be in order, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. The funds will be deposited back into your credit/debit card account and a confirmation will be sent to you.
If for any reason an order is returned to Pirates' Bay Treasures by the postal service due to incorrect address information, which was in error by the customer, then there will be a postal shipping charge to reship items.
Customers can only modify their orders during the ordering process on-line. Once an order is placed it goes directly to our payment processing center. If for any reason Pirates' Bay Treasures must retrieve an order from our processing center for cancellation, the customer will be charged $25.00 for the cancellation fee.
